Review
Soft-Central DiskInfo is a free, very light and extremely easy-to-use software program designed to help you identifying quickly and easily what is the disk space usage distribution among the different directories or subdirectories present on any of your drives, disks, and partitions available in your file system.
The program comes with a built-in explorer-like interface where you just need to click on the drive letter or directory you want to analyze to have all the information displayed automatically, showing the space usage among your directories or subdirectories. It uses a visual and easily understandable bar chart, so that you can immediately identify which directories are occupying the most space. In addition, the program shows you constantly the free space available on the current disk. It also allows you to select whether to show the obtained space information in Kilobytes, Megabytes or Gigabytes, letting you to refresh this information at any time. Finally, you can sort the directories list by name, size, or by any of the other fields available.
This program is designed to work with Windows 2000, XP or 2003, and will not work with previous versions. |
